Introduction
I was introduced to the writing group by Alicia. She and I met, almost 20 years ago, on an online Hurricanes hockey forum. And I’ve been bothering her ever since. :D Probably one of the most important things about me is that I’m an identical twin. I love her more than anything else in this world, and I’m grateful that I was born with her as my best friend. I love animals of all kinds, and it seems to be my lot in life to rescue fur friends in desperate situations. We are currently caring for nine cats who began as strays.(Photo of one of the kittens we were able to catch - her name is Dusty Jo.) Our family just takes on whatever wanders up in need of help. I sew, I knit, I draw with my sister (who is an incredible artist), I have a small herd of film cameras; I listen to all kinds of music, but punk is what saved me.
